My first experience with planning today

...if I had any hair, I'd have torn it all out by now...

Referred back to the website all the time, round and round in circles. Living in a conservation area and living in a flat - all I want to do is replace my windows and it is turning into a bit of a headache just to get permission to go and spend the money...doesn't help that the previous owner probably didn't get permission when he replaced half of them last time, so I might have to get them redone, even though they are absolutely fine physically. Rules are rules, I know but deciphering them is like trying to teach my tablecloth the offside rule

I need an ale...
