I've not heard a single whinge against Berra for what was clearly a red-and-penno, but also a natural instinctive reaction.

That *does* show a degree of class. Imagine manure fans if one of theirs had done the same.

However, said class is immediately destroyed by analyses such as those in the OP. Honestly, what were they watching? At least when City are s**t we all say that, well, City were s**t and here's why...scum were outclassed in the second half of that game and were never going to get anything from it. If they think they were they've been drinking too much metal polish.
