Whoever it was from off of out of here that suggested bacon and salad cream
in a sand witch was a legend in their own lunchtime, was wrong.
I love salad cream, I love bacon, and in the spirit of open-mindedness I trialled the suggestion just moments ago. Whilst I would say it wasn't unpleasant, it's a combo that just doesn't belong together. Ever.
Don't do it kids. I did it, so you don't have to.
In other cuisine coupling news that is whole-heartedly 'Nasie Endorsed'... next time you do mash potato for tea, squirt a dollop of salad cream in that. Oh yes. That works! Also if you want an alternative breakfast treat, marmalade and sausage sandwiches are mint. Yes, mint. Do it. It's a taste sensation.
