although they show some compassion refuse to acknowledge any fault on the part of their fans. Staggering washing of hands of responsibility for the whole episode and even more recently they tend to talk in terms of friendship and praying for victims of football tragedies (multiple) rather than actually just holding their hands up and apologising.
