then the financial need for more seats is totally undermined.

If FCR was 35k capacity then the ticket income would only rise by a maximum of 3m per season.

Spending 30 mill to increase our turnover by just 4% per annum is not good business sense

(And it would blow holes in mcnally's bonus hopes!!)
