The key to this is his family. They are moving down from a not so pleasant area into presumably a very nice house in or close to Norwich with good schools and other facilities readily available. I predict they will love living in Norfolk and I doubt if Sir Alex will want to uproot them again unless it becomes absolutely essential to do so.
