Alex Neil's influence and the future
One potential pleasing thing to come from all this praise that the players are giving Alex Neil is the influence he is going to have on the likes of Russell Martin who have stated they want to be managers in the future. After seeing how well his methods work, you have to think they are going to be heavily influenced in their future coaching and managerial careers. Alex Neil is someone who we might see the benefit of in years to come, not just now.
