Wrath help urgently required

Have been entered into a golf event with work and need to try to not come last and I'm not talking pitch and put or crazy golf (although my play may resemble the latter if I'm not careful!)

What's the minimum golf clubs I need for the full 18 hole course?

Guessing a driver, some kinda iron (7 maybe!?) and a putter, any golf pros can offer advice please??

Imagine a bag and some golf head covers are expected too?

Any other etiquette I'm unaware of at present??
