Dunno about that. I spent about eight hours on the phone in total

to get our tickets. Ringing up just to be told that the phone queue was full, redial, repeat. Get into the queue is position 99 or whatever, only to still be in position thirty-odd when the ticket office closed for the night. Took a few days of 2-3 hours a day.
