Honestly! You've just played 50 minutes of a football match and then you go and do a completely unnecessary 100yard sprint - that's going to take at least 9 minutes to recover fully from. What's wrong with a simple fist pump, knee slide or a bit of a bundle? I d be seething if I was his manager
