it would be incredibly selfish
either have to leave baby and wife alone for a minimum of a few days, which I would feel bad about and would spoil my enjoyment. The other option is taking them with me but that is a lot of money (also lose money by not working and wife would lose her PT job) and I have been offered a lot cheaper trip at the end of the year.
