Nice fact. And not unrelated is the fact that the first documentary evidence for the sale
of beer was in Norwich too, for the sale of 'Flemish ale' in the 13th Century.
The Wrath beer nerds will love that fact.
Flemish Ale used hops rather than just the traditional English beer which used barley water and yeast. Someone should tell Farage that he is drinking immigrant beer.
