Belated thoughts about yesterday..

...Scum appear to be just as s**t as I thought they were when I walked out of Portman Rd after league game. I still have no idea how they have made it to the playoffs. One dimensional, no attempt to play football other than find Murphy in the air.
...before the game yesterday I was concerned they might bully us in an intimidating atmosphere. After ten minutes neither of those fears seemed realistic.
...I assume the over-watering of the pitch was to try to create a playing surface detrimental to our game. To some extent it worked.
...Our performance was not top notch by any means,started sloppily in second half and thought some players such as Redmond and Martin had poor games in my opinion but still looked more likely to win and now increasingly confident that we will finish the job next week
...only concern is the amount of aerial battles lost yesterday. This is the only danger for next week.
...finally from Row W and at a cost of ?43 I had a magnificent view of a big blue iron post..tinpot club, s**t ground. OTBC
