Yes but this is election as my constituency MP not as speaker
I was simply saying I find it a pretty unsatisfactory state of affairs that since 2009 this constituency has had an MP who has to stay politically neutral, doesn't vote and doesn't debate.
Another reason the Tories would probably prefer him replaced is that this would i am sure be a pretty nailed on Conservative seat were it actually contested by an Mp who is not the speaker.
