A cat 1 academy isn't going to yield instant results

I don't think a few lean years on the youth front is the time to give up on it.

Actually, we've brought through a few players in the last few years but our development has outstripped theirs.

Adeyemi and smith are good examples.

Actually, they might be the only examples.
