Would be completely pointless as if a serious injury (or pretty much any injuries at all) happens in the second half then it's back to square one anyway.
You're seriously suggesting that for example. someone suffers a broken leg in one game and it's delayed for 12 minutes. They get a message to the other game saying you've got to hang on so there is a ridiculously small chance we can finish these games at roughly the same time.
I just don't believe that.
Apologies in advance if I'm wrong but I just don't believe it.
