Kate's surrogate baby mother is showing early signs of labour. This means, presently, she'll be ushered in the back door, as Kate is publicly seen going through the front.
The false baby bump will be removed (they forgot last time). A brown envelope will be exchanged, and baby Elizabeth will be shown to the waiting meeja.

And hopefully William won't drop a bollock again by saying, 'It's the first time we've seen him really'.
