One for real man. I made a load of quince jam yesterday
but I plan to use some of it as a glaze for roast pork ribs.
Never even seen or tried quince jam before, but bugger me gently, it's fantastic.
Why doesn't anyone make it anymore? seems like quinces went out of fashion about 60 years ago, possibly because they aren't an aesthetically pleasing fruit?
