Back from my latest road trip and the first six pointer in a while....

was down in Gods county last week and took in the Wed game on Easter Monday and the Bolton game on the way home on Sat.

First time I've seen live games since Sir Alex arrived and what a difference in the whole attitude and work ethic of the players. Its so far removed from the Hootun and Adams regimes, its hard to believe that most of the team were still the same.

Impressions, we beat Wed without breaking sweat really, once the first goal went in, they didn't pose much threat.

Bolton was more difficult; they went for it with Le Fondre, Heskey and Gudjonsson all starting, but what a superbly taken winner by Hoops. Nice to rub Lennon's nose in it and that cocky little t**t Le Fondre, who thought he was the dogs bollocks when he scored.

Most improved player on show in both games; for me it was Bassong!
Most frustrating; Whitaker, who was great against Wed but s**te against Bolton.
Looking at the remaining games; I feel we may need to win all four to stay above Watford and even then it may come down to goal difference. for that reason, I think their game against Wolfs tomorrow could be pivotal as its a must win for both of them.
On wards and upwards and in Sir Alex I trust!
