Following on from a message i posted last night...Any computer knowledgables about?

This post sums up my problem,although is not actually my post

Totally and utterly useless at this sort of thing - it's a very big and well-known clanger which Microsoft just hope will go away. Their idea of a fix is "You should have bought XP Pro". It defeats even the most hardened computer nerds becuase there's no real logic to it.

I have a similar problem - 2 PCs linked via a wireless router; both have the same permissions, both can see each other, yet while I can access files on the other from one of them, I can't do it the other way around. Can I fix it? Can I bollocks!
