I think some people will need to be more realistic about the amount of money we will have to spend from the sale.

Should we sell him for the much reported ?7.5m, you have to look at it as follows:

?3m for the original transfer from Crewe
?1.5m to Crewe for the %20 sell on clause
?3m profit

You would have to think that %40-50 of the profit will go towards paying off debts leaving around ?1.5m for new players as the money we supposedly had in the summer has been used for loan signings and their wages, plus the permanent signing of Etuhu.

From that we would probably get one or two good replacements who can play this level of football.
