Tettey is the most important player to us in this system

He lets us win the ball higher up the pitch knowing he's there to mop up anything that gets through
We don't look as good with anybody else in that position
Only six games to go I hope he'll play most of them
That being said as we've got a lot of games coming up I wouldn't be surprised if he's rested today
