But biggest mistake was hiring the tea boy, him failing his 5 game interview, then giving him the job full time so he could send bassong on loan, then when we won one game in oct and nov keeping him in charge while we dropped down the league like a lead weight. Finally repacing him with so much ground to catch up. That is like 6-8 months of mistake after mistake. Which could cost us the title

The tension of this season is hard to bare, but i wonder where we'd have been with a manager like Alex in charge from the start.
