Bin them all
or write "not known at this address" on them and stick them back in the postbox. Keep doing it for a while and they should stop according to the Royal Mail.
Didn't work for me but was told my experience was the exception to the rule.
Not your problem that the lazy or cheap ex owners can't organise their post shirley. Their responsibility.
