Apparently the penalty decision in the Spurs/Foxes game was beyond bizarre.

You can have a very simple system like the NFL.

If a CLEAR decision cannot be reached within a reasonable time frame (say 90 seconds) then the call on pitch stands.
This will not slow the game down very much as the game often stops during the big decisions anyway.

Most things on the field will not be able to be challenged.

Goal line technology is there to help refs, this would be no different.

If I was a ref, I would love a replay system rather than looking a t**t after the match because I made a clearly terrible decision.
