The aleX-factor
Olsson. We all suspected that he would be a right sulky fella after he didn't get his January move. Instead of which he's probably played better than at any time since he joined the Norwich. Although the Bassong and Grabban turnarounds have made the headlines I'm actually more impressed by the quieter ones like this (I suspect that Wessi may also be enjoying this factor too)
