Ppi
Question. I read on here how to complain about ppi a few weeks ago. Didnt know i had it so i wrote a letter asking them to look into it. They have come back to me to say yes you had it but you requested it and didnt speak to an advisor.
Where would you go from here? Would you accept defeat or or can you suggest anything else, i know i could write to the ombudsman but dont know what id say. Any advice at all?
