I've seen Ince 3x this season - different, but certainly no better than Redmond

He's vastly over-rated IMO. Seems to have a massive ego - has clearly been told he's brilliant too many times by his management team. Much more selfish than Redders. And he seems to run on his heels, which is a bit odd.
