I wouldn't be so baffled by the Etuhu signing...

...if we had another manager in charge.

Etuthu *has* got some talent, but it needs someone with good man-management skills to rejuvenate him.

Worthy has zero ability in this area, so I don't hold much hope. If we had someone who took the time to understand players, rather than slag them in the press after matches, I think we could get a decent player of out Etuhu.
