We got on a train at Leyland one Saturday morning about 10 to go to Liverpool.

There were 4 middle aged women on it drinking Vodka and already half cut AT 10 IN THE MORNING. No idea where they'd got on the train.
Then a bunch of pissed up Wigan fans got on at Wigan (surprisingly) and proceeded to chuck newspapers and bog paper all around the carriage.
A couple of reasons why I usually avoid public transport like the plague
