Sadly, like expecting a school to have zero bullies anywhere amongst its pupils. Arseholes are as arseholes do.

But Chelsea have a particularly awful reputation tied in with the NF and Combat 18. Ditto Millwall or Rangers, say. And in our case, well: the Milan police were absolutely stunned by how well behaved we famously were in 1993, way back when the Italian authorities were in the grip of full blown hooligan psychosis when it came to anything to do with English football fans.

However much your broader point is right - this is society's problem; these people don't only exist on a Tuesday night - that we've had such a good reputation over the years is something I'm proud of. And overall, is very much deserved.
