are norfolk coaches slower than devon ones

i believe that the Plymouth coaches left Home Park at 0100 for the game here that kicked off at 1245 ( 11 hours 45 minutes for teh trip

I see that ours are leaving at 0300 for teh 3.00 kick off ( 12 hours )

do they know a short cut
