I caught Pat Murphy of the 5Live's talking about him this morning...

didn't catch it all, but the implication was that he thought Villa should be doing better and that they may be better with an innovative coach than an old-school manager (i.e. Lambert is an old-school manager). I do wonder how bad the drop-off in results has been post-Culverhouse?

Anyway, quite a jovial banter highlights between Murphy and Lambert here.
