My favourite manager

is still John Bond. What he did for us was fantastic, and was the foundation of our style and the success that culminated in Walker, who was also good. In some ways it's hard to compare PL because I think he left too soon - but he was certainly a charismatic leader who made the best of some very good luck (taking over a team which was far better than its position, which enabled him to build the momentum which took us to the prem). He's a been found out a bit by the look of things, and his next job will be interesting to watch. He may turn out to be a Keegan.
