Certainly not. I'm still expecting him to go on a deal something like:

4.5 million with 3 million payable up front, then half a million every season for three years.

Two dodgy reserve players in exchange.

Further half a million if purchasing team stays up / qualifies for Europe.

Further million if he gets an England cap.

Club will be happy - transfer kitty swelled by more than Worthy knows what to do with, loan payments secured for a few years, 1st team squad grows by 1 player and then they announce it as a "deal worth up to 8.5m"
