I have come to accept that we're an average Championship team, which has its good days and its bad days.

Not happy that we've done so badly, but the Board are simply not going to change the manager, which I think is the only way of changing the mood surrounding the club.

We've bought a succession of average players in the past few months, which will give you an average team.
