Eg?sz?gedre - means "cheers" (literally bottoms up)

Say "Eggy Seggy drer", not perfect but it gets you close.

You've got to admire a race that has a five-syllable word for "cheers".

I'm not known for being abstemious. But I very quickly learned not to try to keep up with Hungarians when drinking.

I did develop a taste for Unicum though which I still enjoy whenever I can get some.
