Chile's not cheap

and the house prices (amongst other things) in Arica have rocketed over the last three years because of the mining industry. If I hadn't saved a fair amount of money up before moving out here I would have found it a lot less enjoyable I think. I'm going to be setting up a little English business here this year so expecting this year to be by far my busiest since I moved here.
