I am EXCEPTIONALLY cheesed off.

I popped into my bank on the way back from lunch, because I had to query a charge on my account. Couple of months ago they ballsed up a standing order, and didn't cancel it when I told them to - I ended up making an extra unnecessary monthly payment on that standing order.

So I got that money back, but then the raging geniuses at HSBC have decided to charge me ?25 for that, even though it was all their fault in the first place.

So I was in the middle of having that out with the chap in the branch when SCC suddenly popped up out of nowhere. "You know who else make totally unreasonable charges? Oh yeah, Norwich City, with their ?19pa academy donation scam, amirite?"
