Regardless of tactics,

When I see the players put in poor performances like that, I get quite a bit envious of teams like Brentford/Bournemouth who's teams consist of young, promising players who haven't yet been to the Premiership and made their thousands/millions.

I'd rather have an Alex Pritchard, James Tarkowski in our team rather than a Kyle Lafferty or Carlos Ceullar.
