I think our problems are much more down to tactics and organisation than individuals

I'm not blaming anyone specifically for this, but we have players that have scored a lot of goals at this level up front and we have defenders who have kept a lot of clean sheets at a higher level. As well as several midfielders who have played well in the Premier.

All season though we have struggled to find the right balance and we have lacked any consistent style; so the players never seem entirely sure what they should be doing.
