I am appalled(long post)

at your statement on YOUR website. That is your opinion, but don't force it down the throats of people who have supported this website for a long time.
I work for Archant, no not as a reporter, and take exception to your remark. The Evening News, and indeed every other local paper in the country, has a job to communicate between the football club and its supporters, and to continually slag off the football club, even in hard times like these, would do nothing but cut off that vital link if the club wanted to. I draw your attention to the local newspaper in Newcastle, whom Graeme Souness no longer talks to because of things they have written about him, some called for and some uncalled for. Result: no info for thousands of supporters in Newcastle, unless they buy the SUN.
Some of the utter vitriol written on here about certain players over the past 18 months has been nothing short of appalling. This website is continually discussed in pubs before and after games, and the main topic has been the slagging off of certain players on here.
To slag off a guy who's only just arrived at the club is nothing short of a disgrace, and all those on here who have done it should be bloody ashamed of themselves.

Now before I get slaughtered on here, let me just say that yes, I think it maybe time for a change at the top, I do think Worthington has taken us as far as he can, but whatever happens we have no divine right to return to the Premiership just because we nearly stayed there last time. People on here have very short memories, five years ago would any of you have believed that we would have reached a play-off final, won the Championship, had a season in the Premiership that we did nearly survive.
By all means return your West Ham ticket, that is your perogative, and your loss. This football Club certainly doesn't need supporters like yourself(I use the word supporter very loosely). There have been many signings that I have not agreed with over the past 30 years, there are still players at the club that i don't think are good enough even at this level, but I will support them through thickand thin, and yes I have been on here and slagged them off before, but not to the extent that you are doing with one man.
I have no idea whether Etuhu will be good enough, same with Hughes, but for gods sake give them time to settle in. I seem to remember on here pre-season most people wanted him signed up and were disappointed when he didn't!!!!! Good luck Dickson, but I firmly believe that the majority of supporters will get behind you in the long run OTNC NMTD
