Than Adams. To hire alex neil and then make him hire an experienced head undermines him immediately. He's got such a massive job winning over premier league journey men used to names they've heard of as it is. That'll only be more difficult if they don't feel he's in control 100%. From the couple of interviews of his I've watched on YouTube he certainly will command respect and looks hard as nails.
