What an amazingly courageous, selfless and self aware decision
To recognise the job was tougher than he thought, was beyond him and then to think first and foremost about the best interests of the club by resigning rather than waiting for the sack.
What an honourable man, deserving of total respect. Amazing in this day and age, when there is so much ego, self interest and greed. Neil I salute you.
Others in the club of course have some serious questions to answer, but not Neil.
