So D?j? vu of this time last year

Neil Adams is a very passionate and loyal supporter of our club but I am so frustrated by the boards lack of realisation that a great club like ours cannot progress with an apprentice at the helm. If we are to progress, gain promotion and survive in the Premiership we are desperate for a man with experience. It just feels to me like heads in the sand again.
