well that's how teams get promoted from this division

It's not about having the best squad, it's about having the best team spirit, togetherness and the desire. It's about being greater than the sum of your parts, and generating momentum.

Not many 'best squads in the league' get promoted (at the first attempt, at least) but plenty of average ones do.
