Criticism of our midfielders

Our midfield players, Safri apart, have come in for a lot of stick this season. Of Hughes, Robinson, Jarrett and Etuhu I think 2 deserve all they get, and 2 dont.

The performances and attitudes of JJ and Etuhu this season stink. There is no passion or effort and they have been a disgrace to the shirt.

While Hughes and Robinson may also not have set the world alight, at least they seem to care. Their effort and commitment is there for all to see and they have both put their bodies on the line for the cause (to the extent where Hughes has a fractured cheekbone & Robinson an overnight stay in hospital after playing with broken ribs).

Thoughts?
