Adams problem is not a lack of plan b its that he does not know what Plan A should be

He stumbled across a team that won against an incredibly sh*t Wigan and now won't change it unless injury forces his hand despite the fact all evidence shows that it does not work.

We are still in with a chance this season despite his glaringly obvious deficiencies. A decent manager would have us right in the mix. Adams is not a decent manager. He is a reasonably able novice learning on the job.
