Wrath Help Needed - York Train Station

I've got a really tight change coming up at York train station of eight minutes.

Does anybody know please what platform the train from Edinburgh comes in on, and what platform the train to King's Cross departs from?

Are they close together? Do the platforms change, or does the train pretty much come in on the same on each time?

All advice gratefully received.
