Going to London rail travel question...

I have bought a ticket going from Norwich to Greenwich.

I have to go from Stratford to Greenwich on the metro.

Along the way, it passes through London Bridge. Can I get off at that station and vist Borough Food Market, then get back on the metro to go the rest of the way to Greenwich?

Are you allowed to stop off and then use the same ticket for the rest of the journey?
